Homemade Salsa Verde

For this salsa, you want to choose fresh tomatillos, so try to look for ones that are firm and bright green. You can use your discretion to flavor to taste.


  1. First, get a batch of tomatillos and roast them slightly in the oven

  2. Next, add the roasted tomatillos to a blender or food processor, and throw in cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin and fresh lime juice.

  3. Puree all of the ingredients until they’re combined and enjoy your delicious, homemade salsa verde!
